The City of Brewer is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant at the Brewer Water Pollution Control Facility. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be detail oriented, and computer proficient.
Duties also include processing payroll, preparing purchase orders, maintaining files, and billing.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an administrative assistant and/or secretary. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets desirable as well as previous experience with Munis software.
