The City of Brewer requires 72 business hours between receiving the form and commencement of any excavation, excluding weekends & holidays. No connections shall be made on weekends or holidays without prior approval. The completion and submittal of this form will notify the following Non-Member Utilities for the City of Brewer:
- Water Department
- Environmental Services Department (Sewer & Storm)
- Public Works
The submittal of this form is required and the only approved method of Dig Safe notification for the City’s Non-Member utilities.
Requirements: All areas affected must be clearly marked out and a Dig Safe Number must be obtained prior to submitting this form
