The City of Brewer now offers online bill payment!  That’s right, you can now pay your Real Estate, Personal Property, Water and Sewer bills from the comfort of your own home.  All you need is your bill and a computer.

The below bill examples, show what you’ll need for information, and where it is on your bill, in order to make your payment.

Make an online payment via Credit card, Debit card or E-Check, a non-refundable convenience fee will apply.  The convenience fee is a minimum, flat or % fee, see below for details. These non-refundable fees will be assessed by our online processor Value Payment Systems.  The City of Brewer does not collect or keep any portion of the convenience fee.

The payment date for all City of Brewer records will be equal to the business day following the date you complete your transaction(s), while Value Payment Systems processes your payment immediately. A confirmation email will be sent, to the address you provide, after your transaction is completed or you can print a receipt during the last step of the process.
