Pre-School Soccer
Pre-School Soccer Players, (ages 4 and 5), will learn the basics of soccer through instruction and mini games, along with teamwork, sportsmanship, and making new friends along the way! The league runs for four Saturdays September through mid-October. All games will be played at Doyle Field.

Youth Soccer
Youth Fall Soccer is for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. Players are divided into leagues by grade: grades PREK, K – 1, grades 2 – 3, and grades 4 – 5. Players learn kicking, trapping, passing, throw-in skills, and sportsmanship through fun games and practices.
Sign up begins mid-August. The league runs for six weeks in September – mid-October on Saturday mornings. Game times vary by grade.
Schedules are handed out to each division on the first day.

Afterschool Program – Like No Other!
The After School Program offers many activities and new experiences for your child. Our grade K – 4 Afterschool Program and grade 5/6 Afterschool Program are both held at the Joseph L. Ferris Community Center. What does the afterschool program offer? Games, creative projects, active gym time, messy projects “that parents don’t want to do at home”, year round outside play, time with friends, home work help, one on one time, plus lots of smiling, laughing, singing, running, moving, dancing. and silliness……

Youth Dodgeball
Stay active and enjoy one of your favorite activities by joining our new Middle School Dodgeball League! This program will feature fun and intense games in a supervised and enjoyable setting.

Adult Volleyball
Info: Our Adult Fall Volleyball Leagues runs from mid-September thru mid-November offering five different leagues or levels of play. League days and length of season may vary depending on the number of teams registered for each league. Due to time and space requirements, each league will have a limited number of teams, which will be accepted on a first paid – first entered basis.
Youth Karate
Instructor Gary West will lead participants through progressive classes introducing Goju Karate Do. Introductory classes are a great way to improve participants’ self confidence, self control and respect while having fun. Youth classes are currently full.
Adult Karate
Improve your self control, confidence, awareness and respect, all while getting into shape with Instructor Gary West.
Adult Fitness Class
This new program provides an energizing workout that is perfect for all fitness levels and will enhance your overall health and well being with aerobic and conditioning routines. Participants should bring an exercise mat with them.

Senior Exercise Class
Older adults who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness will enjoy this class for the socialization as well as the health benefits. Sessions begin the first of October and are held Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings from 9 – 10 AM. Cost is $2.00 each session.
Adult Yoga
Join certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor Bunny Barclay. Classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, and to increase the minds ability to focus and relax through self awareness. Class format will also include postures and guided relaxation/meditation. Participants should bring a yoga mat with them.

Special Events
Children’s Fall Yard Sale
The Parks & Recreation Department offers table space ($25.00 per table) to families wishing to sell gently used children’s clothing and toys. The fall sale takes place in October. Lines form early for this favorite event for both shoppers and sellers. Contact Office Manager Gerry Spencer at 989-5199 for dates and times.
