Repeal Section 8 to Article III of the Brewer City Charter that the City Council shall require, as a condition of employment, that the Superintendent of Schools become a resident of the City of Brewer within three (3) years after he or she begins employment as the Superintendent of Schools and the beginning date of the earliest contract shall cause the three (3) year period within which the Superintendent of Schools must establish residency in the City of Brewer to begin to run.

(Election after Recall) to provide the same recall provisions for School Committee members as are outlined in the City Charter for City Council members.

At a legal meeting of the inhabitants of consolidated ward one in the City of Brewer, qualified by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Maine, voted in an election held on June 9, 2015 and the said inhabitants gave in their vote for the City of Brewer School Budget Approval question and the same were received, sorted, counted, declared and registered in open ward meeting, by the Warden who presided, and in the presence of the Ward Clerk and City Clerk, who formed a list of the whole number of ballots given in, and of the items voted for, and made a record thereof as follows:
Do you favor approving the City of Brewer School budget for the upcoming school year that was adopted at the City Council meeting held June 2, 2015 and that includes locally raised funds that exceed the required local contribution as described in the Essential Programs and Services Funding Act?
