The smoke stack of the former Eastern Fine paper mill looms on the Brewer horizon. The stack and adjacent old power house building will stay however the tanks in the foreground along with much of the main structure will be removed by Cianbro to make way for a proposed Module Site which would employ as many as 500 people.
