What’s on the Plate? (Zoom): 6th – 12th Grade Students Thursdays, April 22nd – June 3rd, 3:00 – 4:00 PM
This six-part series for 6th – 12th grade students introduces participants to the science of food. Students will learn the secrets of baking, the power of protein chemistry, how to keep fruits and veggies from browning, and what it’s like to be a food scientist. The series will be held via Zoom every Thursday at 3PM from April 22nd – June 3rd. Accommodates a maximum of ten students. Click here to register.
