On Monday, July 31st at 6pm, the Brewer Public Library will host Maine author Mark Alan Leslie in the Library's Cayford Room. Mr. Leslie will give a Power Point presentation on the KKKs presence in Maine in the 1920s.

Labor Day
The Joseph L. Ferris Community Center, Brewer Public Library, Brewer City Hall and other administrative offices will be closed Monday, September 4, 2023, Labor Day. Curbside Trash will NOT be picked on Monday, September 4, 2023. If a holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Day) falls on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, curbside collection WILL be pushed back one day.
